Gallery of Stout Handmade Knives


The Marquis. My newest addition to my Gallery. Shown with my 2 3/4 inch, hollow ground, ladder pattern damascus, recurve drop point blade, fire blued screws and meteorite bolsters, fluted mammoth ivory handles with matching cabochon in the custom checkered thumb stud, and a file worked backspacer.

The Baron. The most popular of all my knives. Overall length is 6 3/4 inches with a 3 inch hollow ground ladder pattern Damascus blade, Mosaic bolsters, and built on a jeweled and anodized titanium frame with a locking liner, bark Mammoth ivory handle scales with a customized checkered thumb stud with an ivory inlay.

The Aristocrat. A fancy gents' folder with a 3 inch "Vines and Roses" Damascus blade and matching bolsters. Fitted with fluted Gold Lip Mother of Pearl scales with a matching cabochon inset into the custom checkered thumb stud, dressed out with a fileworked back spacer.

The Zodiac. My double action auto is based on the popular and ergonomic Prot�g� shown below. Using a 3 3/8 inch blade of ladder pattern damascus steel with matching bolsters, bark mammoth ivory grips, and fitted with a rope file worked backspacer.

The Prot�g�. The liner lock cousin to my new Zodiac auto. It has a 3 3/8 inch ATS-34 SS high ground recurved blade, satin finished SS bolsters, presentation grade Wild Olive handle scales and fitted with dual thumb studs for ambidextrous opening and closing.

The Titan. A 3/4 size version of my popular Gemini series with a 3 inch hollow ground recurve blade of 3/32" thick damascus, handles of mammoth ivory, and fitted with Mokume bolsters and a ruby inset into the customized checkered thumb stud.

The Gemini Tactical Folder. This is one of the most popular custom tactical folders being made today. A hollow ground, 3 3/4 inch utility blade of ATS-34, titanium frame, and fitted with a locking liner. Handles are bead blasted G10 for a totally non-reflective finish, and fitted with an optional pocket clip for easy access.

The Gemini Dress Tactical Folder. This is the dress version of the Gemini pictured above. ATS-34 SS hollow ground, 3 3/4 inch utility blade, jeweled and anodized titanium liner locking frame, handles of presentation grade Mountian Laurel, and fitted with anodized titanium bolsters and optional pocket clip.

The Classic. Overall length 8 inches. Built with with a jeweled and anodized titanium locking liner, fitted with a 3 5/8 flat ground ATS-34 blade and dressed out with ivory scales and anodized Titanium bolsters.

Texas Trophy Set. For the man with discriminating taste, this hunting/skinning knife set is perfect. Holstered in a pigskin piggy back sheath, overall length 8 1/2 inches. Blades of 5/32 inch ATS-34 steel with tapered tangs, and handles of presentation grade Sambar stag. Dressed out with German silver bolsters. Optional engraving is available.
